Shipping Area

AM Drip delivers throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Conscious Shopping

The fewer shipments we create, the smaller our joint ecological footprint. Therefore, please take a moment during checkout to ensure you have selected the correct size and quantity, and try to avoid excessive selection orders. Shipping Costs

We ship our products for free with Swiss Post.

Gift vouchers are sent exclusively by email. Therefore, no shipping costs apply to them either.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place within 2-5 working days. We ship with A-Post from our shipping warehouse in Zurich. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipment Tracking

For ecological reasons, we send all orders by large letter post (A-Post) without a tracking number. You will receive an automatic email as soon as we hand over your goods to the post office.

Returns

Have you tried on a product at home but it doesn’t fit or you don't like it? Return it unused and in its original condition including hygiene sticker and label within 14 days of ordering to the following address:

Don’t forget to fill out the return form  so that we can correctly assign the return. Please ensure that you handle and try on the products with care so that the goods can be restocked and you receive the full product price back. After the 14-day period has expired, the sale is confirmed, and a return is excluded.

Please note:

  • Products that have already been refunded from a previous order are excluded from the return option.
  • The postage for the return is at your expense.
  • The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase, usually within 14 days of receipt of the return.
  • Request a receipt from the shipping service provider so that you can provide us with proof of your return upon request.
